My name is Megan, a small town girl who has been living in the city of Cambridge for the past two years. Growing up in a town with less than 1200 people has made it easy for me to appreciate communities, whether they are a town, classroom, or office.
I currently have applied for a field placement at the law firm Clifton Kok in the town of Ayr. This law firm works in three areas of law, Real Property/Condominium, Estates, and Corporate/Commercial Law. I'm hopeful that I get my placement there, since I'm thinking that Real Estate law is the best fit for me. I feel that Real Estate is the most practical and efficient of all the areas of law, since most Canadians will buy property in their lifetime, and the process often is resolved within a short period of time.
